Customized Design
Pods shape customization
If you want to make your own special shape laundry capsules. Working closely with you, our designers will study your desired shapes according to producing crafts. Everything that may influence the stability will be taken into our design considerations.
Rapid & Free Sampling
Samples can usually be dispatched within 5 working days. Timing depends on the formula, pod shape, packaging and material availability; we confirm the schedule for each custom project.
Packaging Consultation
At Refreshing, our one-stop service goes beyond laundry capsules design & production. To help you better launch your product to the market, we provide packaging consultation & guidance based on your budget, brand identity & market requirements.
On Time Production
After approval of the production sample, manufacturing usually takes around 10 days. The schedule depends on order quantity, customization and packaging, and is confirmed for each order.
Goods Inspection Support
Every laundry capsules go through the thorough in-house inspection before delivery. But we still welcome the on-site or third-party inspection.
Besides, we offer goods inspection support by sending you detailed photos & videos so you can inspect your products as if you were in our factory.

New products carry a 1-year quality guarantee. Manufacturing defects attributable to us qualify for free replacement. The scope and handling arrangements are subject to the terms confirmed for your order.
